2. Fees & Payments
All fees and payment schedules will be shared prior to project commencement. Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in a pause or delay in services.
3. Design Approvals & Revisions
Designs, drawings, and material selections require client approval before execution. Limited revisions may be included as agreed; additional changes may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site details, timely approvals, and necessary access to the project location. Delays caused due to client-side factors may affect timelines.
5. Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including site conditions, material availability, vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Third-Party Vendors
We may suggest or coordinate with vendors, contractors, or suppliers. Truearch is not responsible for the quality, delays, or disputes related to third-party products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and creative content produced by Truearch remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Photography & Promotion
We may photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Cancellations
In case of project cancellation, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of your state.
12. Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
